30 people giving $30 a month would allow me to get my plane ticket for Bolivia.
TeachBeyond has prepared a monthly budget for me that includes rent,
food, transportation, insurance, taxes, and other expenses. They have
recommended my monthly support to be $1,943 with an additional $4,000
for start-up expenses. Right now, God has raised $7,426 through a
fundraising dinner, t-shirt sales, a garage sale, an auction, and other one time gifts. I also have $615 a month already pledged. With my start-up
cost, raised (Praise be to God!!), I am starting a 30 for 30 campaign.
Through this campaign, I am asking 30 people/couples to partner with me
in pledging $30 a month (close to.98 cents a day or $360 a year). I will
be giving away one free t-shirt ($15 value) to the first 30
people/couples that joins me in giving $30/month. I would be honored if
you would be willing to partner with me in this!
Through meeting teachers from the school,
those that have been to the school, and knowing the person that God has
made me, He continues to show me that He has gone before me to prepare a
community for me, students and staff that need me and I them, as
preparing the hearts of those that will walk with and support me through
this journey. Part of this journey is me giving up control of the
money and allowing God to work it out by giving others the opportunity
to join me in taking a step of faith. Please prayerfully consider joining me in this journey of faith!
